My Deeper Level Influences
I have been influenced by so many people and situations throughout my life, just as we all have. We move around in the world so often unaware of how our surroundings influence us and how we may impact those around us. Admittedly, I often do not gain awareness around who has impacted me or how until a bit down the line. However, this does not change the fact that my world is rocked over and over and over by these influences. Sometimes it’s a real live person at the grocery store who gives me a genuine smile on a day when my world feels like it may be crumbling around me. Other times it’s a book, a YouTube speaker, a guided meditation, a workshop. While there is no chance that I can get it all in here (as it is a never-ending and ever-growing list), I’d like to pay homage to some of these influences while this feeling of gratitude is so deeply present in my heart.
